Store
The fabric procured is stored in ideal conditions so that the quality is maintained All fabric is stored for dyeing and printing and the accessories are stored in a uniform manner.
Cutting
Here the fabric is cut according to the prescribed design
given by the Designing Team .The fabric is cut with precision
to ensure that the garment for stitching is a cut above.
Production
This is the backbone of our facility and is equipped with futuristic
machines and equipment.The production process is flawless so that
all pieces fabricated meet the requirements of demanding customers.
Finishing
After production the garments are thoroughly checked and then finished.
The process involves Thread Cutting ,Initial Checking, Measurement Checking,
QA Audit and finally checking of all minute parameters-thus ensuring perfect
finishing.
Sampling
This unit uses Tukatech CAD software technology for Pattern Making, Grading,
Marking and Digitization. Garment sampling is one of the principal processes
in our manufacturing and pivotal in confirming export orders.
